Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 27, 2026
TonBoVPN is operated by TonBo AI LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company (referred to below as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”), which runs the TonBoVPN AI access service (“the Service”). Privacy is the product, not an afterthought — this page sets out plainly what we touch, what we never touch, and the standards we hold ourselves to, including the GDPR and the CCPA.
What We Never Record
A no-logs promise is only worth anything if it is specific. Here is what stays out of our systems entirely:
- The sites and services you reach, the data you move, and the destinations you connect to.
- The origin IP you connected from, the DNS lookups you made, and the times your sessions started or ended.
- Anything that could tie what you do online back to who you are in the real world.
The One Check We Run — and Why
Trade law and our own rules mean a handful of “restricted regions” (Mainland China, Russia, Belarus, and U.S.-sanctioned states among them) cannot use the Service. Enforcing that needs a single, narrow check:
- When you connect, the system reads your source IP once to confirm the region is allowed.
- That read happens in memory only. The moment eligibility is settled, the IP is dropped — it is never written to a log or saved to a database.
The Little We Do Keep
To run an account at all, we hold the bare minimum:
- An email address, used for sign-in, account recovery, and support.
- Billing references kept by our payment partners (such as Stripe) — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Optional, anonymous device and OS details, only when you choose to send them to help us fix compatibility problems.
When Authorities Ask
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal details to anyone. Disclosure happens in only one situation, and even then there is little to hand over:
- A valid, binding order from a U.S. court can compel us to respond.
- Because we keep no activity logs, there is simply no browsing or connection history for us to produce — not for police, not for any agency, even under subpoena.
Sanctions and Export Compliance
TonBo AI LLC follows every export-control and sanctions rule that applies to it, and will not take on business that breaks those rules. We keep the right, at our own discretion, to withhold the Service from any person, organization, place, or jurisdiction at any time.
By installing and using the app, you confirm that you are not the target of any sanctions program and that you are not connecting from a place where such access is barred.
Your License to Use the App
As long as you keep to these Terms, TonBo AI LLC grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully revocable license to install and use the Service. Reverse-engineering it, handing it to unauthorized parties, or using it in any way we have not expressly allowed is prohibited. Nothing here transfers any of TonBoVPN’s intellectual property to you, by implication or otherwise.
Acceptable Conduct
The Service is open to people worldwide, so it is on you to check that your use is lawful where you are. If your region falls under the regional or export limits described above, access may not be available to you. When you do use the Service, you agree not to:
- Push out spam or any unsolicited advertising across the Service.
- Post or send anything illegal, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or defamatory, or anything that invades privacy, infringes intellectual property, or incites unlawful acts.
- Copy or share copyrighted or otherwise protected material without the owner’s permission.
- Probe, scan, or break into systems you are not authorized to access.
- Build or circulate a list of the IP addresses we operate.
Where we judge, at our discretion, that the Service is being misused, we may restrict access, suspend or close the account, and pursue any remedy the law provides — without refunding fees already paid.
Availability, Changes, and the Fine Print
We work hard to keep TonBoVPN running, but the Service comes “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty — express or implied — about accuracy, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. You use it at your own risk.
Coverage, speeds, and server locations vary, and outages can come from things outside our hands — upstream providers, network faults, interference, and the like. We are not answerable for data that is delayed, lost, or misrouted because of such interruptions. To protect the network and its users, we may limit certain usage, pause service, or close accounts at our discretion.
Features may be added or removed as the product evolves; where it is practical, we will flag material changes ahead of time. Translations of this policy are provided for convenience — the English version governs if they ever disagree.
Your Rights and How We Protect Data
- You can review, correct, or ask us to erase the account information we hold about you.
- Traffic inside the app is wrapped in industry-standard AES-256 encryption so it cannot be read in transit.
Governing Law and Severability
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, setting aside its conflict-of-law rules.
If any single clause is found unenforceable, it will be read down to the closest lawful meaning that keeps its intent, and every other clause stays fully in force. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion is never a waiver of that right later on.
