1. Who We Are and What You Agree To

TonBoVPN is an AI access accelerator that helps you reach global AI platforms quickly and privately. The TonBo iOS application is published by SpeedLinc Innovation International co., Limited (速聯創新國際有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("SpeedLinc"). TonBo AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, acts as an affiliated service operator that provides technical, network, and infrastructure support for TonBo. SpeedLinc and TonBo AI LLC are collectively referred to in these Terms as "TonBo," "we," "us," or "the Company." Downloading, installing, or using TonBoVPN means you accept everything written below. If any part is unacceptable to you, the right choice is simply not to use the app.

2. Where TonBoVPN May Be Used

The Service is offered to most, but not all, regions. To stay within the law and to keep the network safe, accounts located in the following places are not permitted:

• Territories that fall under U.S. trade embargoes — for example Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
• Markets where running a VPN carries serious legal exposure, which currently includes Mainland China, Russia, and Belarus.

We may use technical signals such as Geo-IP screening to enforce these limits. An account found to be operating from a blocked region can be closed at once, without warning and without a refund.

3. Rules for Using the Service

Keep your usage lawful. In particular, the following are off-limits and may lead to immediate suspension:

• Launching attacks of any kind — hacking, denial-of-service, or breaking into networks you have no right to touch.
• Spreading malware or spam, or running scams of any sort.
• Passing around material that infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights (we honor valid DMCA notices).
• Handling content that is illegal anywhere it touches, including anything that endangers minors.

4. Connection Checks and Your Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains in full how little we keep. In short, we do not log your activity. The one exception is a quick, in-memory location check during the connection handshake, which exists only to honor the regional limits in Section 2. That check is momentary and never turns into a stored record of your IP address.

5. Plans, Renewals, and Refunds

Billing is handled by outside payment partners such as Stripe. If this is your first subscription, you may ask for a full refund inside the first 7 days, as long as two things hold true: your total transferred data is under 10 GB, and your account has stayed within these Terms (the usage rules in Section 3 and the regional limits in Section 2 included). Renewals, plan upgrades, and accounts flagged for abuse fall outside the refund window. Send refund requests through a support ticket; we answer within one business day.

6. Warranties and the Limits of Our Liability

TonBoVPN is delivered “as is” and “as available,” with no promise that it will be flawless or never interrupted. So far as the law allows, TonBo accepts no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or knock-on losses that follow from using — or being unable to use — the Service.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms are read and enforced under the laws of the United States. Should a dispute arise, it belongs to the courts of the state where the Company is registered, which have exclusive say over it.
